“Sceptical Birds” is a concert performance that takes place at dusk – before the city wakes up. Sound, singing and the emerging light provide a backdrop for the moods of the birds. The performance seeks an unconventional understanding of animal languages and the existential questions hidden within them. “Sceptical Birds” do not sing for joy, but because they have something to say. What if we didn’t have to wait for the day? What if the night could be saved?

November is a month of transition: many birds have already left the city, while others arrive here from colder regions. All of them are preparing for winter: fluffing up their feathers, changing their diet, seeking shelter. You have to get up early on a Sunday and come to the Naxoshalle. But the calls, questions and songs of the birds will be there. And there will be coffee and breakfast!
