When, many years ago, we began to recreate the life of Jesus on the textual basis of the four Gospels for our theater production in the listed Naxoshalle – a huge three-aisled industrial basilica – we could not have imagined that we were founding a tradition that has now inspired and moved our audiences for 20 years at Christmas and Easter.
